How to stay sane while wedding planning

Planning your wedding can be one of the most stressful times in your life!! So how do you stay sane whilst your planning it?
Take time out!!
Your whole life doesn’t have to revolve around planning your wedding! You need to take time out and spend your spare time relaxing and not worrying about whether everything matches. Set aside an hour a day to sort wedding things out if you neednto get your fix!
Don’t forget who you’re marrying!
Believe it or not, you’re not marrying your napkin rings, you are marrying your partner!! Everyone is concerned about getting things perfect, but its not worth distancing yourself from your partner along the way! If you set aside an hour for wedding planning, then make sure you can do the same for you and your partner!
Be organised!
If you are the type of person who stresses if things don’t go exactly to plan then the best thing you can do is plan ahead. Make lists. Tick things off once they’re done. Now I’m not saying that nothing will go wrong if you do this, but it’ll be a weight off your mind and means you’ll be able to delegate jobs to other people on the morning which’ll take an extra pressure off you.
Let people help you!!
If you are anything like me, then you probably think that you are the only person who can do things best. Which may be true, but if someone offers to help, sometimes it doesn’t hurt to accept.
Relax every so often!
Take a long bath, go for a country walk, go to the pub and get more than tipsy!! Just chill out!!! Everyone needs to let their hair down sometimes, and it’s especially important if you are planning a wedding!!
Don’t keep picking!!
Set a limit and keep to it. This is necessary for budgets as well as organising. No one wants to attend an army style wedding where the bride is controlled by each minute!!
JUST RELAX!!!!!
