Purple is a very cool colour to base your big day around, and because there are so many different hues and shades, there is sure to be something to suit every couple’s tastes!
Typically you’d expect the darker “gothic” purples to feature in weddings that are held later in the year (October-Jan), whereas lilac would most likely be seen in spring/summer weddings. However, its not a set rule that this is how it must be. You could quite easily incorporate varying shades all year round! Match purples with greys, whites, pinks and blacks to add some texture into the items decorating your tables.. don’t forget your flower bouquets too!!
